Day 1: Arrival in Tashkent | Day at Leisure
Welcome to Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan! When you arrive you will have a transfer to your hotel to check in and relax. You can spend the rest of the day doing whatever you like. If you love nature you can walk around the Tashkent Botanical Garden. It is a place with rare plants from all over the world. If you are interested in culture visit the State Museum of Art. There you can see Uzbekistans art history from a time ago to today. If you like technology you can go to the Polytechnic Museum. It is a place with interactive exhibits, about science and technology.
Day 2: Tashkent Sightseeing Tour
Let us go on a cool trip to see the most famous places in Tashkent. We will start at the old Chorsu Bazaar. This bazaar is under a blue roof and it is so much fun to walk around and see all the things for sale. You will hear a lot of noise. See many interesting things. Next we will go to the subway. Look at the pretty pictures on the walls of Kosmonavtlar Station. These pictures are like nothing you have ever seen before. They are really beautiful. When it is time to eat we will go to the Besh Qozon Pilaf Center to have some Uzbek food. They make this food in big pots and it is so delicious. Then we will go up the Tashkent TV Tower, which is the tallest building in Central Asia. From the top you can see the city and it is really amazing. After that we will go to the State Museum of the Temurids to see some old and special things from the time of Amir Timur. This is an important part of our trip, to Tashkent. Finally we will go to Amir Timur Square to see the monument of the hero of Uzbekistan, Amir Timur.
Day 3: Transfer to Samarkand | Day at Leisure
After you check out take a drive to Samarkand. It is one of the cities on the famous Silk Road. When you arrive go to your hotel. Take some time to relax. You can spend the rest of the day as you like. You can go see the Rukhobod Mausoleum. It is a building from the 14th century and one of the oldest Islamic monuments in Samarkand. You can also visit the Afrasiyab Museum. It has things from when Samarkand was first settled. You can go see the Statue of Amir Temur. It is a statue of a man who was important, in Central Asian history. Samarkand is a place to learn about history. Samarkand has old buildings and monuments. You can walk around. Enjoy the city.
Day 4: Samarkand Sightseeing Tour
You will see how great Samarkand is on a tour that lasts all day. This tour will take you to the famous places in Samarkand. You will start at Registan Square, which is very famous all over the world. There are three madrasahs, at Registan Square that show how great Samarkand was a long time ago. Then you will go to the Bibi-Khanym Mosque, which is a very big mosque that was built to show how powerful the king was. After that you will go to the Siyob Bazaar, where you can see a lot of colors and smell a lot of things. Next you will walk on the path of Shah-i-Zinda, which is a very beautiful place where a lot of people are buried. This path is covered with tiles and it is very pretty. You will also go to Gur-e-Amir, which is the place where Tamerlane is buried. His grave is covered with gold leaves. Your tour of Samarkand will end at Ulugbek’s Observatory, which is a very old place where people used to study the stars. Then you will go to a workshop where people make silk paper by hand. This is an old art that is still done today. You will see how people make this paper. It will be very interesting.
Day 5: Transfer to Bukhara | Bukharian Bath in Ancient Hammam
Following check-out enjoy a drive to Bukhara. This city is a living museum with a lot of history from the Silk Road. When you arrive check into your hotel. Take some time to relax. In the afternoon go to the city, Shahriston. Here you can try a Bukharian Hammam. Step into one of the bathhouses in Central Asia. The warm and steamy atmosphere and old cleansing rituals are meant to help your body and mind feel calm. To help you feel even better you can get a massage. Skilled practitioners will use techniques to help you relax. You will leave this bathhouse feeling refreshed and ready, for what is next. Bukhara is a place to experience history and culture. The city has old buildings and landmarks. You can walk around. Explore the city. Bukhara has a lot to offer. The people are friendly and welcoming. You can try food and drinks. The city is full of life and energy. Bukhara is a must-see destination.
Day 6: Bukhara Sightseeing Tour
I want to tell you about Bukhara. This city is really cool because it feels like a museum. You can walk around. See all these old things from the Silk Road. First you should go to Lyabi-Khauz. It is a place with a big pool and old schools around it. Then you should see the Kalyan Minaret. It is a tower that people used to see from far away when they were traveling through the desert. Next you can go to the Bolo Haouz Mosque. It is famous because it has wooden pillars and a pool that makes them look nice. After that you can walk around Toqi Sarrafon. It is, like a market where people used to exchange money a long time ago. At the end of the day you can visit the Nodir Devonbegi Madrasah and the Magok-i-Attari Mosque. They are old. Have pretty tiles. You can also see a statue of Khoja Nasreddin. He was a storyteller.
Day 7: Fly to Tashkent | Day at Leisure
After you check out you will get to the airport in a way to catch your flight back to Tashkent. When you get to Tashkent your driver will be there to take you to your hotel. Once you have checked in you can do what you want for the rest of the day. If you want something to do you can go to Magic City Park. This place is really cool. Has buildings that look like they are from fairy tales different areas with themes and lots of nice cafes.. You can go to Independence Square, which is a very important place in the city and means a lot to Uzbekistan. If you have kids or like animals you might want to go to the Tashkent Zoo, which has different kinds of animals from all, around the world.
Day 8: Departure Day
Today, get ready and check out of your hotel in Tashkent. Then, board your transfer and get driven to the airport for your flight back home, marking the end of your amazing Uzbekistan trip!
